Can't upgrade from 104 to 111

I have ran sudo apt-get dist-upgrade and was upgrade to 104 14.04.4 and it doesn't say I can upgrade any higher. Am I missing something?

It seems there was some confusion between the Ubuntu release numbers (e.g. 14.04 and 16.04) and the version numbers of ecryptfs (104 in the standard repositories for Ubuntu 14.04, 111 for 16.04, 16.10 and 17.04).

The standard repositoroies for Ubuntu 14.04 provide ecryptfs-utils version 104 only.
If you want a higher version (e.g. 111) then you can either upgrade your Ubuntu release, or try versions provided in PPAs, e.g. https://launchpad.net/~ecryptfs/+archive/ubuntu/ecryptfs-utils-daily with version 112 for Ubuntu 14.04
