trouble installing packet tracer 5.3.2

Tried installing packet tracer using "sudo dpkg -i PacketTracer-5.3-u.i386.deb.bin" and terminal replies with "dpkg: error processing PacketTracer-5.3-u.i386.deb.bin (--install):
 cannot access archive: No such file or directory
Errors were encountered while processing:
 PacketTracer-5.3-u.i386.deb.bin "

You run the install command into a dir where there is not the file you trying to install

so dpkg give you file not found

change directory where PacketTracer-5.3-u.i386.deb.bin belong and retry...
