When ubiquity/dm is up, click keyboard icon on topbar
Select change layout, click reset to default, click + to add, select language from scrollldown menu, click Add
Highlight the added language and click on the up symbol, this trigger the crash.

I suggest you report a bug. Raring us not stable and not ready. If you need a stable OS then install Precise or Quantal. If you are happy to stomach feature holes and random crashes and want to report bugs to get the OS ready for release in April then by all means use Raring.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Fabio Marconi for more information if necessary.
