Asked by ilya dorman

Hi,
I get this at the end of any installation involving launchpad.net:
(I tried installing several different programs and using different servers)

W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net maverick Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 4EA3A911D48B8E25
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/dockbar-main/ppa/ubuntu/dists/maverick/Release Unable to find expected entry deb-src/source/Sources in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?)

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/blueman/ppa/ubuntu/dists/maverick/main/source/Sources.gz 404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/blueman/ppa/ubuntu/dists/maverick/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz 404 Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Thanx

sudo apt-key adv --recv-key --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 4EA3A911D48B8E25

If you visit:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/blueman/ppa/ubuntu/dists/

You will see your blueman PPA doesn't have a maverick folder, it only goes up to Lucid so it is of no value to you and should be deleted.

Yes, please rename the dist name. As you can see in
http://ppa.launchpad.net/blueman/ppa/ubuntu/dists/
the PPA doesn't publish any packages for maverick.

Can you help with this problem?
