where is the bug report area ?

hummm I try to report bug and it send me to this area Again . . I clicked on Bugs and look for where to report to the upgrade area and , , I am back here again . . How about a link to report bugs

All you need to do is run:

ubuntu-bug packagename

So if you have found a bug with gimp then run:

ubuntu-bug gimp

And it will start the process.
