amule show not connected

after installing amule 2.1.3,,,no connection can be established for amule,,,how can I make it to connect??

and paste this url ( http://www.gruk.org/server.met.gz ) the one on amule is outdated, it won't connect.
you don't have to open any ports unless you installed firestarter and blocked the ports (ICMP enabled) then open the edonkey server port 4662 in the firestarter (firestarter is a gui front end for iptables More Info:
