I downloaded Adobe Plash Player.... How can I install it in the system?

You don;t need to manually download it. This isn't Windows.

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'

You can run it in the terminal (Press CTRL+ALT+T to run a terminal easily)

Hi ,

it not needed to download anything. Adobe-Flash player included in partners repository in Ubuntu.

Only you have to do is to Enable partners repository

From Ubuntu Software Center > click Edit > click Software sources > then click "Other Software" and be sure that "Canonical Partners" are marked (box is ticked).

Then close and re-open software center and search for : adobe flash plugin

Alternatively open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) Enter

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

this gives you flash and more see here:
