10.01 firefox addon errors

Firefox could not install the file at

because: Download error

Any addon's I've tried since I installed 10.01 I get this error.

I really only need two addons (password exporter to retrieve my passwords) and adblock plus.. I get them with both.

Please try to install the adblock-plus deb package... from Applications→Ubuntu software center
or using a terminal from Applications→accessories→Terminal type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist.upgrade
sudo apt-get install adblock-plus

Give your user password when requested, you will not see nothing when you type your password, then press enter

@Sam, it was at 20mb, changed back to 50mb, deleted it, and deleted extensions, nothing.
@Macrobra, terminal didn't work, though installing it from the Ubuntu software center did, thanks!
