hp pavillion dv2000 running lubuntu doesn't recognize battery

Just installed Lubuntu 12.04 from a USB over Windows Home Premium. AC adaptor works, but doesn't charge battery. A little lost on where to go from here.

Nevermind. Turns out its a hardware problem. The mount is messed up.
