not able to use bug report updated to 9.10 can`t report bugs

not able to use bug report tool in system tools ,not able to report a bug trough help ,

the first problem was not able to open links in thunderbird mail ..then i am not able to report the bug

this does not work . i found this in other bug reports . i do not get any error ,in the task bar it says loading report a bug tries for 15 or 20 seconds then stops and return to desktop.

now when i open thunderbird click a link to open it it gives an error saying [[ error unable to run child process in the terminal ]] and the terminal opens behind the error window.
