study errors in ubuntu bug history

Hi everyone! I want to make a research in the kernel history development of ubuntu, in order to check the errors that appear more frequently.

Does Anyone know a way to download information about the bugs in a database format or an XML? It would be very useful for me to analize it offline so as to make more specific searchs .

there is no such thing as database but search here
