What have you installed thus far? What webcam and microphone do you have? The ones built-in to the Sony SZ200p?

Can you the link the guides you followed so we don't repeat steps?

Thanks!

Hello,

The ricoh driver packages provided by arakhne.org are only for linux kernel prior to 2.6.24-22-generic.

The a more recent kernel version, the provided package could not work due to compilation problems.

On http://www.bitbucket.org/ahixon/r5u87x/ you could find a fork of the original ricoh driver which is coded to run on the userspace insteed of as a kernel module. Unfortunately, we (arakhne.org) are not able to use it on our hosts. That's why no Ubuntu package is provided until now.

Have nice explorations,
Stéphane.

Hi guys,

From this week, a Ricoh webcam driver for the younger kernels (2.6.26 and higher) is available on http://www.arakhne.org/ricoh.index.html

Stéphane.

Can you help with this problem?
