Ubuntu doesn't recognize the LG xnote e300 laptop keyboard.

Asked by doojin

While I was on the boot screen(gfxboot) of ubuntu live cd, the laptop keyboard worked fine.
But after I chose installation and the kernel was loaded, my laptop keyboard didn't work at all.
so I had to plug in a usb keyboard.
My laptop keyboard still doesn't work in ubuntu.
This keyboard is recognized as a PS/2 keyboard in windows.

how can I make linux recognize it?
Even fedora couldn't recognize my keyboard.

Hi doojin
Acpi-offs were in the bios
or
Press F6 key Installing the kernel boot at the end of the line,
"acpi = off" or "acpi = force irqpoll" in an attempt to install it.

Can you help with this problem?
