Sorry for my english knowledge (I'm just french)
I would like to understand why native xls files can't be read when they are registered like pdf files.

Visiblement, on a de la peine à comprendre ta question. Ce n'est pas l'anglais qui est en cause mais le manque d'information.

Tu aimerais savoir pourquoi tu ne peux pas (ou plus) lire un fichier xls (Excel) une fois qu'il a été enregistrer en pdf ?

En d'autre terme, tu es dans openoffice, tu travail dans un fichier Excel puis tu sauves ton fichier au format pdf. Ensuite, tu ne parviens plus à le lire avec Evince (qui est le lecteur de document pdf). C'est bien ça la question ?

              Don`t worry about your English, Im chilean but im trying to write better every day and Launchpad is a Real-Time test for it.

              I dont know why are you trying to open this xls files with evince if you can do it with gnumeric. Its not a bug so choose genumeric and forget your "problem".
