Where do i report bugs on ubuntu touch

Asked by Willem Hobers

after using an Ubuntu touch device aquaris M10 I would like to report several bugs, but I do not know where/or how. Could you please advice me?

The kind of things I want to report are:

- youtube playback stutters
- yiutube sound out of sync
- on screen keyboard stutters at times
- several usability issues concerning system settings
- deck (mail) keeps showing a mailmessage even after having deleted it
- Firefox not working(shows up but does not respond to anything I do)
- sometimes the keyboard does not show up when an application needs input even after I specifically tapped on the input field

I would like to help by reporting these kind of bugs, but I don't know where.

My tablet is running 15.04 ota 10.1

Thanks

Ubuntu 15.04 is EOL and no longer supported.
I suggest you upgrade to 15.10 and then to 16.04

I would like that indeed, but I just received this tablet and it tells me there are no updates. How do I upgrade the tablet to 16.04?

By the way @actionparsnip, thanks for responding so quickly.

From [1] I get the imprssion that 10.1 is the current version. Are you sure that it is endoflife?

I contacted BQ, the supplier of the M10 Tablet, as to support for 15.04.
They reply:

"The version updates time-line for Ubuntu Touch is different from that of Ubuntu Desktop.

Please note that Ubuntu Touch is a separated operating system from Ubuntu Desktop (at least for now...), and all existing devices with Ubuntu Touch are running version 15.04, which will keep receiving support.

In any case, any news regarding firmware updates we will post on our forums:

In short: it seems Ubuntu Touch is still being supported.
I will try to find out where I can report the bugs I found.
