Can't send bug report

I could report bug when I was using old versions. But I can't report bug with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Sometimes I get a pop-up window showing "The application X has closed unexpectedly. [Show details] [Leave Closed] [Relaunch]".
Tried 'apport-cli /var/crash/_my_crash_report.crash'

I don't have Ubuntu bug evince. But whoopsie is installed in my system. My bug problem is with KAlarm. I don't know in which folder the crash report to be saved.

Today while I was trying to solve Qn 241524 ( while I was giving the command using Terminal) I could send the CRASH REPORT clicking on the pop-up window button. Thanks Actionparsnip for this useful link.
