file a support request for shan translation team

I have set up the team ubuntu-l10n-shn

The Launchpad shan loco team and shan translation team, ubuntu-shn, ubuntu-l10n-shn, has been created

1- setup ubuntu-shn is approve at launchpad. next year at approval to Ubuntu LoCo Counsel.

2- ubuntu-l10n-shn and shan language is finish bundle. thank to dpm, jtv.

3- moderated mailing-list has been set up. Mailing list is available at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-shn

4- Submit the new locale to the glibc maintainers http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13605

5- the mailing list for communication and also are a wiki is being developed which will contain our translation guidelines and glossary. Now making Wiki at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ShanTranslation

6- We have a coordinator already, Ko Ko Ye` ( that is me, applying), and I am already subscribed to the ubuntu-translators mailing list

translation and po file upload for shan [shn] language.
