Please increase PPA size for the kubuntu-ppa ppa

We're moving from kubuntu-members-kde4 to kubuntu-ppa for offering stable updates of KDE and KDE related software to the non-development version of Ubuntu. (So that we can gather testing before we try to stick them in the official stable updates for $SERIES) For KDE releases, we would probably need 10 GB of space to be safe.

I think there's a law for overuse of 'ppa' in a single sentence. ;-)

In any event, this is now increased to 10Gb.
