During PPA upload, "Connection reset by peer"

I'm trying to upload to my PPA, and I keep getting a "Connection reset by peer" error.

Hi there

This is possibly caused by the high volume of traffic surrounding the Hardy release, there have been some others with the same problem. Does it seem to hang for a while before disconnecting?
