Nightly translation export for ddtp-ubuntu

Translation export into bzr should be working on ddtp-ubuntu project (https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ddtp-ubuntu). It's hard to use the email interface and this is a feature of the LP. Is it possible now to turn on this feature on ddtp-ubuntu?

Just to give some background on this, we talked about it with István and mvo on #ubuntu-devel.

It seems that the DDTP project has got bzr exports enabled, but it doesn't seem to work.

ddtp-ubuntu export was hitting a bug which seems to be in branch-scanner. We've worked-around it for now.
