Please create a new language code: ta_LK (Tamil, Sri-Lanka)

Firefox 3.5 / Xulrunner 1.9.1 upstream ships a xpi for ta_LK, yet we have no possibility to import it into Rosetta. Since there also is a ta.xpi for general Tamil, that space is already taken.
I guess you can duplicate the values from general Tamil (ta) to create the new language code.

Looks OK.

I think the name should be changed to "Tamil (Sri Lanka)" and the country where it is spoken is "Sri Lanka".
