Tracking features for (Ubuntu) translators

Hi,

I shall like to suggest some ideas for new features for the translation system which involve the tracking of the packages (particularly those related to Ubuntu, which involves a huge amount of them).

1 - possibility of a package *subscription* for an *approved* translator, something like "watch this package for modifications"

2 - possibility to be *notified* by *mail* for a change, at least, in the "source" strings

Rationale: the user has several packages to check and work on continuosly, while they are often/sometimes changed during program development. The user will get regular notifications mails and don't waste time in searching.

3 - possibility to have indication of the *URL* for packages picked *upstream*

Rationale: many packages are *worked* upstream and these should not be modified by (occasional) translators. Many of us are aware of this, but it would be better to have a direct link with the source, to check the upstream state and understand better if the Lauchpad translator could start translating or not. This applies, for ex., to KDE packages, because for some of them there's still a bit of confusion (do I have to translate it or not? my work will be lost after the next upstream update? translation guidelines...). And obviously it doesn't apply to Ubuntu-only-related packages.

4 - possibility to have *macroareas* inside the Ubuntu project, for the main distros, Ubuntu, Kubuntu and Xubuntu, and a general, shared area, for common packages.

Rationale: to have an immediate look of the distro's translation situation for people who dedicate their efforts only to a distro.
