Does Quickly work with Python 3 with the new Ubuntu 13.04?

In the Ubuntu 13.04 ReleaseNotes at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RaringRingtail/ReleaseNotes#Python_3.3 they say that are going to focus on Python 3 from now on. And that developers should consider porting they're code to Python 3. So if I know Python 3 can I use Quickly with it now or the same said here (https://answers.launchpad.net/quickly/+question/170089) in 2011 applies to my question?

I really would like to develop applications for Ubuntu and I think it's amazing the idea behind Quicky? But I'd like to know if it works with Python 3.

No, the re-write of Quickly uses Python3, but it currently blocked on python-launchpadlib not supporting Python 3. I attempted to upgrade python-launchpadlib, but it some of it's dependencies (lazr.restful specifically, IIRC) became too difficult for me to modify to Python 3.

Can you help with this problem?
