UNR's scrollbar under "System" ends before the end of the list

Asked by David Glanzman

When I click on the "System" tab in UNR 9.10, and want to use a program like the system monitor, I can't. The last row under administration is inaccessible because the scrollbar ends before the bottom of the menu appears on the screen. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you :)

I stumbled upon a workaround when I added Startup Manager to my computer. It added an icon to the Systems>Administration menu and in the process, expanded the panel that holds the menu items. Now it works as it should.

It looks like the problem is that the panel doesn't always correctly calculate the number or rows. To test this, I added a few extra folders to my Files & Folders menu and it also worked. So we can "fix" the problems by adding (or subtracting) menu items as needed.

If your Files & Folders menu has a faulty display, simply open a File Browser and drag some folders to the lower half of the "Places" menu in the side pane. Or you could remove folders if you like. This should work for any of the menus

I had the same problem too. I did what an earlier poster suggested and just went into the [Menu] section and removed from that menu the links I didn't use. By remove I siimply unchecked the box next to that program. It's stil there and if you want to use it again, just re-check it.

I also noticed that resizing the screen resolution has some effect on this issue. Selecting a wider resolution made the icons fit better.
