How do you switch to standard the desktop ?

How do you use the desktop-switcher to swith back and forth from the Remix Desktop or what ever it is called to the standard Gnome desktop? I can't find the desktop-switcher in the applications menus.

I finally found it under the menu in preferences. I think it would be nicer as a desktop or panel applet that was on both views.
