Hi,

You can set this in gconf-editor (run by pressing "Alt+F2" and inputting "gconf-editor").

It is under:

/apps/panel/applets/applet_X/prefs

Where "X" is a number based on which applet it is. The preference you're looking for is called "icon_name", so just check until you find the one that has that. Mine was "applet_6".

Once you find "icon_name", you can change it to a new icon. The default is "distributor-logo", which I believe is a reference to:

/usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/places/distributor-logo.svg

Based on that, I looked at the other icons in that directory. "user-desktop.svg" is the icon normally used for "show desktop". Since that's what the go-home-applet really does, I figured it would make a good icon. So to use that instead, just change the value of "icon_name" to "user-desktop". Hope that helps!

Can you help with this problem?
