Problem with video in Me-tv 0.10 branch

Asked by zK

When using Me-tv 0.10 branch and also the Me-tv 0.1 beta the video looks a bit corrupted in the bottom right corner and the video "vibrates" on almost every channel.

This behaviour does not appear in 0.9 branch, video is perfect there.

I'm using Ubuntu jaunty 9.04

Thanks

Scott, zK is referring to the flicker that some got with the tvtime deinterlacer. I've removed it in 1.0.0~beta2 and now you are getting no deinterlacing which is bad.

Just to be clear, we are talking about 2 different issues, but they are related. We can try and work through it on #me-tv.

zK: Can you please try the beta2 to see if it looks good for you?
Scott: Did the beta1 flicker for you?

:) It works for some. I think that I'm going to have to make this a configurable option.
