Requesting LoCo page rename

Hi,

When we were initially approved, our team contact created a Launchpad page named https://edge.launchpad.net/~dcteam We're being told that the name should be https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-districtofcolumbia but I am told that only the gods of Launchpad can make such magic happen.

Can ye "make it so" and let me know so that we can update our pages that point to it?
