where to upload translated files(.po)

there is no space to enter translation suggestions in sinhala (sinhalese) language pages as described in the translation guide.

as in this following page there is no place to enter translations
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/debian-installer/+pots/debian-installer/si/+translate

so i downloaded '.po' files and I've translated them.

I didn't find a place to upload them.please someone tell me where to upload or how to translate in to sinhala.

Ubuntu translation policy has been changed recently. So, now, you have to start a Sinhalese team if you want to do Sinhalese translations.

Please get in touch with https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-translations-coordinators team to get started at setting up Sinhalese translation team to be part of Ubuntu Translators (https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/ubuntu-translators) group.

Also, please let them know about where did you find the information that misled you to believe that you can still create translations without there being a team so that they can update it.
