Removing inappropriate upstream link Debian Experimental -> duplicity (should I be able to do this?)

Apparently there should not be an upstream link for this at all since it's not in Debian Experimental.

I believe I added the link myself (by mistake). Is there a way for me to remove this or does an admin need to take care of it?
