I moved 19 Spam Questions into Spamalot

Is there any way to limit "New SSO Accounts" to only 2 or 3 posts for the first 72 hours after activation?
Seems the spam posters are changing to a new SSO account and re-spamming.

Spam cleared and user deactivated.
That's not currently possibly, but we've considered that as a possible way forward to diminish spam (among other things). Hopefully we will have the chance to add some new features that will help decrease spam soon, though there is no current commitment for it.
