Remove a spam comment

Can you please remove comment #8 from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/1313848/comments/8 ? I believe this is a a spam/phishing attempt. The URL mentioned in the contents of the message is very suspicious and is not a patch file.

I notice there is no provisions on this venerable old website to report these instances of abuse.
