[request] please can someone perform a manual initial vcs import to overcome bug 120992 on two branches

Due to bug 120992 the initial first import from a subversion repository on sourceforge often fails due to the large number of connections made to the remote repository. This has been overcome for me before by somebody manually performing the initial import (future synchronizations which are much smaller then happen fine automatically).
Therefore this is a request for someone to perform this for the following two branch imports:
