Request to add language: Punjabi Shahmukhi ("Western Punjabi," code pnb)

Hello,

This is a request to add a language for translations. The code pnb is named in the ISO 693-3 listings as "Western Punjabi," but "Punjabi Shahmukhi" is the more commonly used name for this in English (though if you have to make it match, this is not the most important detail).

I would like to translate JOSM for this, as I have already translated a plugin for it for `pnb`, but the main application itself uses Launchpad which does not have this this option yet.

Hi,

We checked the relevant ISO 639-3 language codes list and found that 'pnb' is assigned to 'Western Panjabi'. So we need additional references corroborating the information that you have provided in this question before we can add it as a new language on Launchpad.
