snap build hangs talking to snapstore

retry still fails and like hangs forver.

the snapcraft yaml is trivial

but does need to fetch two snaps from snapstore due to jq & pc gadget.

Dimitri, did you try to use `sed` instead of `yq` as you suggested in https://chat.canonical.com/canonical/pl/cupt9w6h9fgnfpnwfpwoq3tunh ?
