can't completely delete the account information

Although I cancelled my another account xxx@xxx, it still occupies the ID of xxx and receive notification e-mail when others leave a message

Hi,

We will need more details to be able to identify your previous account. Can you provide it by using the 'Contact this user' link on my profile page?

Can you also explain your problem a little more - what was the issue that you had, how you tried to resolve it, and what are the errors/issues that you are encountering.

This bug report sounds more like a question than a bug in Launchpad itself. So I will convert it into a question now.

I can see that your old Launchpad account (https://launchpad.net/~shanyunfan) is still active. Are you looking to remove the email address associated with that account so that you don't receive any email notifications from that account?

If not, can you describe what your end goal here is?
