Can't delete branch due to non-existent recipe from deleted user

I'm trying to delete lp:apngasm (which is broken because of a failed bzr import...) but a user created a recipe based on it. That recipe no longer exists and the user that created it no longer exists: https://code.launchpad.net/~rprosamaria383/+recipe/apngasm-daily . How can I disassociate this recipe? Or can someone delete it for me?
