Remove user IRC registered nicks

Freenode has been relaunched without any prior nickserv registrations. I believe launchpad admins should remove all freenode IRC registrations on user pages as they're now invalid unless the user has taken action to join and reregister. Not sure if the IRC registrations for users have a timestamp for their creation/update time.

I'm totally on board with not sending unsuspecting people to a probably-hostile network. On the other hand, well, it's user data, and also people's old freenode identity might well be a useful hint to their likely identity on libera.chat. (Unfortunately the ircid table has no timestamp columns.) How about editing them all to append something like "(before reset on 2021-06-15)"?

Hey Colin, the suggestion of "(before reset on 2021-06-15)" sounds like a reasonable solution to warn that the data may no longer be trustworthy.

Is that a count of all Launchpad users, or Launchpad users who have Freenode IRC nicks noted in their Launchpad profiles?

My concern about notifying users first (while generally reasonable) is that I'm sure we'll have some users who choose to stick with new-freenode, and because we have no timestamp fields in the ircid table we have no way to tell that they've checked their profile and decided to leave freenode there. Given that, it would make more sense to notify users *after* we make this change (either broadcast or individually), and they can revert it if they want to.

32000 is an approximate count of Launchpad users with freenode nicks in their Launchpad profiles.
