How to login or merge deactivate account?

Hello.
I have the following account:
https://launchpad.net/~rasoolsaeednejad-deactivatedaccount

I asked for a merge, but since I have a PPA in that account, it didn't work
And I want to return the account to normal mode and work on it.
can I?

Hi Rasool

We've looked into the problem and noticed a lot of fluctuation in the status of your accounts. For us to be able to help you here we need you to please let us know:

1: What are the accounts you created?

2: Which are the accounts you want us to keep for you ?

3: If you only wish to keep one account which one is it and what accounts do you want us to merge into it ?

Once you provided that information for us it is best if you didn't try to reactivate / deactivate any of them until we merge them.
