Karma changes

My Karma was about 403 points.
yesterday I submitted two bug report for Jaunty and this morning my Karma is 156 !!!
can I know how this can happen :(

Yes without even counting the amount lost on the 2 bug-reports you've lost 61% !! Which is about the same percentage as a lot of people are reporting. The one worth looking at is Mark Shuttleworth, of course.

I totally agree that the karma weight should reflect recent activity, but in my case my karma was lesser the 100. I declared some bugs in Jaunty and my karma passes to more then 400.

isn't recent activity ?

It is a bit of a mystery quite how the karma-bot functions but you're doing good work there so just keep it up and you'll soon recover ;)

321 from Answers and 39 from Bugs but i've got a feeling you might earn quite a lot from Bugs when the Karma-Bot counts up tonight ;) With the amount you do i expected you to be on a few thousand points.

The code for karma should have acceleration

Ex.

$score += ($NumberOfBugs_answered + $NumberOf_A_Q_answered + $work_time) + $score * 0.3;
