FreeHEP project group

Hello,

could you convert project FreeHEP (freehep) into project group, please?

There will be many related sub-projects imported and maintained here and I'd like to use full potential of Launchpad.

The goal is to create and maintain Debian/Ubuntu packages for as many FreeHEP projects as possible.

Can I start prepare and import sub-projects meanwhile please? Or should I wait?

You can't convert projects to project groups. Did you not see the FAQ?
FAQ #210: “Project groups: how do I get one?”.

Which is not to say you can't have one ;-) just that you need to figure out what you want exactly done. Can you reuse the existing project as a sub-project?

Yes, I got it.. sorry about that, it was my fault not to check FAQs properly :)

I'll drop that project.. and I'll ask for project group later... after all subprojects will be ready.

How about we rename that project into one of the subprojects? I can do
that for you if you tell me the name of one..

Could you rename project "freehep" into "freehep-java-io" please?
