Please create project group perl

We would like a project group "perl" to collect/link the various projects connected with Perl 5 and Parrot/Perl 6.

Also, please review the Artistic License 2 (AL2), located at http://www.opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license-2.0.php

The admins have been notified about your request for a Perl project group.

Hey Matt,

  So there's no Perl registered at all in Launchpad, but I'm asking myself if "perl" is the best name for it. I'm asking that because it might be that most people hitting Launchpad would expect to see "perl the software", instead of "perl the project". I've gone ahead and created a project group for you anyway:

but let me know and I can rename it for you if you agree it might be a bit confusing.
