Access denied on ftp ppa.launchpad.net

Hi,

Since this morning, I am having access denied when uploading source to any of my teams' PPA (and even in mine) from any computer of my network.
Is the FTP down ?

Uploading to wattazoum-ppa (via ftp to ppa.launchpad.net):
Connection failed, aborting. Check your network (111, 'Connection refused')
