Regain kubuntu-bugs as available team name

Currently there is a user using the name 'kubuntu-bugs'. The Kubuntu team however would like to use this name for their bug subscription team (basically like ubuntu-bugs, which is also the main reason we'd like to use kubuntu-bugs as name).
Would it be possible to get in touch with this user and ask him to use a different name?
