Please transfer maintainership of GNOME projects

These Launchpad projects are from the GNOME Project and packaged in Ubuntu but are misconfigured. They should be set as "part of The GNOME Project" so that bug tracking works automatically.

Could you set the maintainer to gnome3-team so we can fix that and maintain them in the future? All are currently maintained by the LP Registry team.
