"old" username: ~tiagosilva

I would really like to regain my ~tiagosilva account with the assistance of an admin. Feel free to contact me to that email.

The solution is to merge tiagosilva29 into tiagosilva (*not* the other way around). This should be easy enough to verify from the email addresses.
