Launchpad teams team and user of teams.

I just noticed that there's a user that exists just to add a lot of launchpad teams to.

He seems to have created a lot of teams without any purpose to them as well.

I just wanted to add, it doesn't seem that this is deliberately to cause issues - but it no doubt has done so.

I am aware of this. There is nothing wrong, odd, but not wrong. We was...is doing translation work that is accepted, so I do not think. I saw his blueprints a few months ago suggesting that blueprints are brainstorms...which they are not.

Can you help with this problem?
