gwibber 1.2 and stable ppa

The gwibber team stable PPA : https://launchpad.net/~gwibber-team/+archive/ppa include actually gwibber version 0.9.2 and version 1.2 is no more included on daily PPA.
Is version 1.2 considered not stable yet to be included in the stable PPA ?
