can gufw configure network configuration on two different cards?

Can I configure two networks with two different nic cards using Gufw?

And if not, is it recommended to uninstall to avoid any conflict?

(To me it is not clear what the different profiles: "Home", "Public", and "Office" really do/control.)

Yes, you can use Interfaces field. Home, office are just profiles for you
can change fast between them.
