Hi Daniel I still need help with customizer

Hi Daniel...been a couple years with no problems...but i had to reinstall linuxmint 19 and xubuntu trying to fix this problem.

in either one, I can set the picture 1024x768 (on my monitor screen of 1940x1080) in grub customizer. ( no fonts selected),

yet, when i restart the computer, i get nice big black & white fonts on a black screen. No picture.

I tried this on both operating systems.. same result. the pic is .png no pics in grub either.

we fixed this same problem 2 yrs ago , but i don't remember how.

can you help me?

OOPS....NEVERMIND. I FIGURED IT OUT MYSELF......cannot have an "ampersand" in the pictures / images filename.
